Crescent Ridge

Crescent Ridge milk is pasteurized, homogenized, and bottled in glass on the farm. The farm's beef cattle are all grass-fed and managed under an intensive rotational grazing plan, moving progressively between pasture paddocks to allow grasses to rest and recover between grazings. This approach is designed to sequester carbon into the soil and support microbial life through root regrowth and manure breakdown. The farm's pigs are forest-raised, using their natural rooting behavior for land reclamation among wooded areas, helping to break down leaf litter and disturb soil to encourage the next generation of grasses and shrubs. The farm's own beef and pork are raised without hormones or antibiotics.
