Family-owned apiary producing raw, unfiltered honey from Quad Cities bee yards
Crandall Farms Inc. is a family-owned apiary and farm in Coal Valley, Illinois. Founded by Phillip Crandall in 1995 and incorporated in the 2000s with his daughter, the business grew out of a beekeeping tradition that reaches back to the 1960s in the Crandall family. Phil is the principal beekeeper, and his daughter now works full time alongside him. The farm maintains apiary yards across the Quad Cities in both Illinois and Iowa. Its core products are raw, unfiltered honey and creamed honey, available in multiple sizes. The farm also raises chickens for eggs and grows produce through aquaponics and hydroponics. Online ordering for farm pickup is available through the business's own website. Learn more on their About Page.
All honey sold by Crandall Farms is raw and unfiltered, sourced from the farm's own bee yards located throughout the Quad Cities region of Illinois and Iowa. Creamed honey is locally produced and offered in multiple sizes. The farm also raises chickens for eggs and operates aquaculture and hydroponics growing systems on its Coal Valley property.
