Certified organic farm stand and CSA growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers since 1998.
Bay End Farm, originally founded in 1906, has been growing and selling certified organic produce since 1998. Farmers Kofi Ingersoll and Erin Koh operate the farm, offering fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers through a seasonal farm stand and a vegetable subscription (CSA) program. The CSA runs for 20 weeks and serves families from the Cape to Cambridge and Plymouth, with pick-up at the farm and deliveries available to several drop-off locations. The farm stand also carries prepared foods from the kitchen. Volunteers are welcome to help with cultivation, seeding, planting, and harvest.
Bay End Farm has been certified organic since 2001. The farm chooses to grow without pesticides or herbicides and works the land using sustainable methods. Its produce is verified through NOFA (the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Massachusetts). The CSA and farm stand offer certified organic vegetables and herbs grown on-site, with each weekly CSA bag designed to supply a family of four with seasonal produce.
