Ballyhoo Farm & Fiber Emporium

Ballyhoo Farm & Fiber Emporium is a Shelby County heritage-breed sheep farm that began as a small vegetable and egg CSA before shepherdess Madeline Rosenberg built a flock focused on Gotland and Shetland sheep, with some Icelandics and Finnsheep. The farm raises roughly 60 head of award-winning sheep alongside White Chinese and African geese, several breeds of chickens, and Muscovy ducks. Food offerings include free-range duck and chicken eggs and custom-cut half and whole lamb, available by reservation. Beyond the table, Ballyhoo sells raw wool, roving, yarn, wild and garden-crafted herbal products, and natural home goods.
