Small Indiana farm growing microgreens, pastured eggs, seasonal vegetables, and homemade tonics.
Back To Natural Farm is a small farm in Kosciusko County run by Eric and Kim Waggoner. Eric brings over 35 years of experience growing plants from seed, rooted in a family greenhouse and flower shop background. The farm sits on 8-plus acres and produces microgreens in up to 25 varieties, pastured eggs, seasonal vegetables, garden starts, and homemade tonics including Fire Cider, a Citrus Tonic, and Elderberry Syrup. The farm also offers edible flowers, microgreen grow kits, seed packs, and super greens powders. Back To Natural Farm hosts gardening classes and aims to share knowledge of growing and preserving food.
Back To Natural Farm grows everything using natural methods, with no synthetic chemicals, no synthetic fertilizers, and non-GMO inputs. The farm describes its approach as regenerative, relying on beneficial insects and natural solutions. Chickens are kept on pasture, spending the day outside foraging and scratching. Microgreens are grown indoors under grow lights. The farm holds no organic certification but describes its practices as going beyond organic standards.
