Ash Acres Dairy Farm is a family-owned and operated Jersey dairy that has been in the family for generations. We produce Grade A raw milk, cream, and kefir and also carry beef, and eggs. Our Jersey cows are known for their rich, creamy milk, and each cow is individually named and cared for. We hold a certified Tuberculosis- and Brucellosis-free herd. Visits and purchases are by appointment, and we offer pickup locations across Texas for added convenience.

Our cows are primarily pasture-fed and graze on native pastures and river bottom lands. They receive a small amount of grain while in the milking parlor. Our herd is certified Tuberculosis- and Brucellosis-free. Our cows come from select bloodlines within the Jersey breed, chosen for strong milk production. Our raw milk is unpasteurized and unhomogenized, sold by the gallon.
