Family-run heritage farm selling seasonal produce, fruit and cream pies, raw honey, jams, and baked goods from a Laveen farm stand.
Amadio Ranch is a small-scale, family-operated heritage farm established in 2010 by Eric and Christina Amadio. Modeled on the style of small family farms common in the Phoenix area from the 1920s through the 1950s, the ranch is worked and maintained exclusively by the Amadio family. The farm grows seasonal fruits and vegetables and produces a wide range of baked goods, including fruit pies, dinner pies, and cream pies, made in a fully certified commercial kitchen on-site. Additional offerings include raw honey, jams, jellies, salsa, fudge, and jarred preserves. Amadio Ranch also operates the Peach Pit Bistro, an al fresco dining spot serving housemade food. The farm hosts a weekly farmers market on its grounds, and the Amadios also vend at markets across the Phoenix valley. Learn more on their About Page.
Amadio Ranch describes its growing approach as all-natural, with seasonal fruits and vegetables grown by hand. The farm states that sustainability and all-natural growing practices are central to its farming philosophy. Baked goods are made on-site with what the ranch describes as simple and wholesome ingredients, using recipes that include family and heritage-style preparations.
