Alleluia Acres Heritage Farm

Alleluia Acres Heritage Farm holds Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) status, a step above USDA organic. CNG bans pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, antibiotics, chemical wormers, and growth hormones and requires pasture access for livestock. Animals are pasture-raised year-round on KOFFI feed, a certified organic formula made by an Amish-owned Kentucky mill, which contains no soy, wheat, nuts, or canola. Redmond salt and minerals replace conventional supplements, and organic supplements and essential oils replace conventional medicine. Pasture rotation and multi-species cohabitation build soil health and break parasite cycles. Only heritage breeds are raised: Tamworth hogs, Guernsey cattle, Oberhasli dairy goats, and heritage chicken and duck breeds. The farm breeds its own stock and buys no meat from other farms. Meats are vacuum sealed and frozen at a USDA facility. Cured meats use Redmond salt brine, not nitrates, and sausage uses organic seasonings free of MSG and BHT.
