Regenerative family farm offering grass-fed beef, raw Guernsey milk, pasture-raised poultry, pork, and no-corn/no-soy eggs.
All Grass Farms is a diversified, regenerative family farm formerly known as Barrington Natural Farms. Founded by Cliff McConville, the farm began in 2011 with a small beef and poultry operation and has since grown to span multiple properties in Illinois and southern Wisconsin. The farm produces 100% grass-fed and finished beef, raw A2 Guernsey milk, pasture-raised broiler chickens, turkeys, pork, and no-corn/no-soy pasture-raised eggs, along with organic vegetables. Products are available at the on-farm store in Dundee, for curbside pickup ordered online, or shipped to the door via UPS or FedEx to most Midwest states. All Grass Farms operates on certified organic pastureland in Illinois and Wisconsin, rotating livestock to fresh paddocks to support soil health. Beef cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished, with no hormones, antibiotics, or grains. They graze pasture spring through fall and eat certified organic hay in winter. Dairy cows are purebred Guernseys fed a certified organic, soy-free ration at milking and organic hay in winter, with no routine antibiotics, chemical dewormers, or bovine growth hormone. Heritage breed hogs (Berkshire, Hampshire, and Duroc) forage on pasture and in woods, supplemented by a certified organic, GMO-free grain mix. Laying hens and broiler chickens live on rotated pasture and eat locally grown, certified-organic, soy- and corn-free, non-GMO feed from Cashton Farm Supply. Vegetables are grown from organic seeds without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Poultry is processed at USDA-inspected, family-owned facilities.
