Ahimsa Sanctuary Farm

Ahimsa Sanctuary Farm is a permaculture demonstration project on Maui's north shore, growing a wide range of certified organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The farm offers pre-order produce boxes filled with whatever is ready for harvest, from kale and taro root to bananas, papayas, lilikoi, and lychee, along with a variety of fresh herbs. Beyond produce, Ahimsa Sanctuary Farm hosts eco farm tours and farm-to-table vegetarian gourmet dining experiences, each featuring its certified organic ingredients alongside other local ingredients. The farm also produces organic herbal teas.
