aGROWKulture Farm is an urban farm in Southwest Atlanta owned and operated by Kendall Rae Johnson alongside her parents. The farm grows leafy greens such as kale, spinach, and lettuce; fresh herbs including basil, cilantro, and mint; seasonal specialty crops; and honey. Produce is sold at farmers markets and through a CSA program. The farm also offers guided farm tours for schools, companies, and organizations on a seasonal basis, running from March through October. Workshops, classes, consultations, and farm and garden builds round out the farm's offerings, welcoming new farmers, young farmers, and senior gardeners alike. Learn more on their About Page.
aGROWKulture Farm holds Certified Naturally Grown status. The farm does not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, instead relying on what it describes as clean, intentional growing methods focused on healthy soil. Harvests are small-batch, with specialty crops rotating with the seasons.
