Regenerative Texas farm raising grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, heritage pork, and in-house charcuterie.
1915 Farm is a regenerative farm in Meyersville, Texas, operated by husband-and-wife team Tanner and Catherine, who left careers in oil and gas and pharmaceutical sales to raise cattle, hogs, and chickens on 57 acres. The farm takes its name from the 1915 farmhouse they restored on the property. 1915 Farm sells grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken, heritage pasture-raised pork, and in-house charcuterie, along with tallow body and home products. Whole-animal reservations for half or whole grass-fed cows and pasture-raised pigs, cut by in-house butchers, are also available. The farm runs a meat subscription called the Grassroots Meat Club alongside individual cut purchases. Learn more on their About Page.
1915 Farm raises its beef, chicken, and heritage breed pork on pasture in Texas, with animals given room to roam and rotated through pastures to allow the soil and grasses time to regenerate between rotations. Livestock are not given hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. The feed blend for chickens and hogs is corn and soy free. Charcuterie and ready-to-eat meats are made in-house at the farm's own meatery, the 1915 Meatery.
