WK Cattle Company LLC, also operating as WK Family Farms, is a first-generation cattle ranch owned by Wayne and Kerrie Goldwater, fifth-generation Texans. The farm raises grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised chicken, and produces pasture-raised eggs and tallow-based provisions. Cuts available include ribeyes, T-bones, sirloins, ground beef, roasts, and brats, alongside whole or portioned chicken and farm eggs. The farm sells through an online shop with local pickup, local delivery, and a beef share program. WK Cattle Company raises its cattle on pasture without added hormones or antibiotics. Its pastures are never sprayed with chemicals. Chickens are raised on pasture and moved to fresh pasture daily; they are fed a non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free diet. The farm operates according to regenerative farming principles, with a stated mission of improving soil health and animal health and leaving the land in better condition than it was found. The beef is grass-fed and grass-finished.
