The Pasture

The Pasture is a family farm owned and operated by Wayne and Becca Baumbach, who purchased their farmstead in 2018 and have been rebuilding the land with native grasses, wildflowers, fruit trees, and wildlife habitat ever since. The farm raises myotonic (fainting) goats, turkeys, and chickens, and operates a wildflower honey production and processing operation on the property. The Baumbachs are Myotonic Goat Registry breeders of purebred myotonic goats, and their kids have placed as farm pets, 4-H projects, and breeding stock across the region. A limited number of pasture-raised turkeys and chickens are offered to local customers each year through pre-order. The farm also produces small-batch goods including pure vanilla extract, vanilla paste, cocktail infusion kits, and beeswax lip balm. Learn more on their About Page.
