The Olive Grove

The Olive Grove is a 4-acre olive orchard in Brooksville, Florida, owned and operated by Cambren and Dede Davis. The orchard grows more than 300 olive trees across nine varieties, including Arbequina, Manzanilla, Koroneiki, and Coratina, representing Spanish, Greek, and Italian traditions. Its primary product is fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil made from fruit harvested and milled on the property. Beyond oil, the farm offers cured olives and other olive-based products, sells olive trees as a nursery, and has expanded into mushroom cultivation through a partnership with Motherland Fungi. Visitors can pick their own olives, attend workshops, book private tours, and bring their own harvested olives to be milled on-site. The farm also hosts Sunday lunches, children's parties, elopements, and weddings.
