Sogno di Oliva

Sogno di Oliva is an estate olive oil farm and mill producing ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil in the De Luz foothills of Temecula. The operation is run by Bryan and Heidi Johnson, who oversee every step from grove to bottle on the property. Sogno di Oliva hand-harvests its olives, presses them immediately in an onsite mill, and stores the oil in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling. The oil is available in 500mL bottles and multi-bottle bundles. It has earned gold medals at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition and the NY World Olive Oil Competition.
