Jana Farms

Jana Farms is a regenerative farm in Fallbrook, CA, created in honor of Jana Van Dyck. The farm began as a commercial avocado grove supplying major California retailers, and that experience led its founder to pivot toward direct, local distribution. Today, Jana Farms grows organic heirloom fruits and vegetables, avocados, and microgreens, and offers pasture-raised eggs. The farm runs a CSA program with weekly shares delivered to Fallbrook and South Orange County, with home delivery and local pickup options available. Heirloom varieties are selected specifically for flavor and nutrient density, representing the result of trialing hundreds of varieties to find the most flavorful and nutritious options.
