Savage Hill Cattle

Savage Hill Cattle Company is a family-run cattle farm located in the geographic heart of Connecticut. It specializes in free-range, grass and hay-fed beef sold by the half or whole cow, processed to order for maximum quality. The farm raises Black Angus cattle crossbred with Wagyu genetics, a combination chosen for its impact on the flavor and tenderness of the beef. All cattle are born and raised on the farm, and all meat is processed in USDA-inspected facilities. Whole pig freezer orders are also available on a limited basis. Beef is custom-cut to customer specifications and vacuum-sealed, with an approximate 30-day lead time per order.
