The farm produces a line of value-added goods available year-round, including Garlic Jelly Glazes, Bourbon Smoked Garlic Sauce, Smoked Garlic Salt, and Bourbon Smoked Pepper. Locally grown and harvested produce, smoked spices, and marinades round out its offerings. Products are available through the farm's online shop, regional retail establishments, and at events and festivals the farm hosts throughout the year.
Rattlesnake Hill Farm carries the Certified Naturally Grown designation and operates with an emphasis on sustainable agriculture. The farm applies green technology with the goal of maintaining the smallest carbon footprint possible.
