Family farm raising 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and pastured poultry in New Hampshire.
Pelletier Farms is a family-owned operation in Litchfield, New Hampshire, run by Josh and Emily Pelletier alongside farm manager Chris Barillas. The farm raises 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, pasture-raised pork, and pastured chicken and turkey. Beef is available as individual cuts, bundles, or sides, and all cuts are dry-aged, then flash-frozen in vacuum-sealed packages. Pork is sold in bulk, also flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed. Poultry is available seasonally as whole birds and individual cuts. The farm sells direct to consumers online and offers restaurant and wholesale pricing for food-service buyers. Josh Pelletier brings a background as a French-trained culinary chef to the operation. Learn more on their About Page.
Pelletier Farms uses rotational grazing, moving cattle daily to a fresh paddock throughout the grazing season and feeding hay during winter. Cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, have never received grain of any kind, and are raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. The farm sources replacement cattle only from suppliers who agree to the same never-ever protocol. Chickens and pigs are fed certified organic grain and receive no added hormones or antibiotics. Chickens are moved daily onto fresh pasture from 28 days of age. Pigs live and forage outdoors with shelter, rooting along the fence perimeter. The farm uses no synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or soil amendments. All livestock are processed under continuous USDA inspection.
