Peaceful Belly

Peaceful Belly Farm was founded in 2002 by Clay and Josie Erskine, both artists and farmers. The farm grows over 180 types of vegetables, most of them heirloom varieties, alongside herbs, flowers, and berries. Beyond produce, the farm operates a cidery and cafe, hosts farm-to-fork dinners, and runs a CSPA (Community Supported Participatory Agriculture) program through its nonprofit, Polum Bolum. CSA shares are available for pick-up at the farm and at multiple host locations across Ada and Canyon counties.
