Niles Pie Company

Niles Pie Company is a worker-owned cooperative bakery making sweet and savory pies, pastries, tarts, empanadas, hand pies, pasties, pot pies, and quiches. The cooperative structure means every worker has the opportunity to own the business, with strategic decisions made democratically on a one-member, one-vote basis and profits distributed based on hours worked. The bakery operates a shop, takes online orders, and appears at the downtown Niles Farmers Market on Saturdays.
