Needham Community Farm

Needham Community Farm is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit farm whose mission is to deepen its community's connection to nature, the food system, and each other. The farm grows sustainably grown vegetables and splits its harvest between a CSA program and direct food donations. Half of what the commercial growing section produces goes to the Needham Community Council Food Pantry, which serves over 400 income-eligible families, and to four Needham Housing Authority sites through a free Mobile Market. The other half is distributed through Spring, Summer, and Fall CSA shares, picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays from June through October. The farm also offers 150 raised community garden beds available for seasonal lease and runs farm-based educational programs including gardening classes. Volunteers play an active role in farm operations.
