Mountain Meadows Farm is a family-owned and operated farm run by Don and Mary Kelley. Don oversees the day-to-day chores and production, and his building background allows him to construct and maintain farm infrastructure, including mobile chicken pens. Mary manages bookkeeping, customer correspondence, and marketing, with family members pitching in as well. The farm raises grass-fed beef, forage pork, pastured chickens, and free-range eggs. Individual cuts of beef, pork, and poultry are available, and bulk orders by the whole, half, or quarter are offered for beef and pork. Mountain Meadows Farm raises all its animals without antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Pigs and chickens are fed a high-quality Non-GMO certified feed supplemented with organic Fertrell Minerals. Pastures are kept free of chemical fertilizers and herbicides. The farm describes its approach as going beyond organic, making every effort to raise animals as naturally as possible. Don Kelley also uses his background to research and teach sustainable farm living principles to other families and farmers.
