D BAR D Ranch

D BAR D Ranch is a family cattle operation located in the Ouachita National Mountains outside Mena, Arkansas. The ranch spans three generations, beginning with founders Dick and Devona Graves, passing to Dee and Diane Parker, and now run by Shane and Molly Parker. The ranch focuses on selling beef in quarter, half, and whole cow packages, giving customers a large supply of custom-cut beef at wholesale prices. Buyers work with a local butcher to customize their package, selecting from steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, soup bones, short ribs, and organ meat. A typical 1,200-lb steer yields roughly 500 lbs of boneless trimmed beef for a whole cow option.
