Mariposa Ranch

Mariposa Ranch is a family cattle ranch in central California, operated by Seth and Mica Nitschke alongside their children. The ranch began in 2006 under the name Open Space Meats and relaunched under its current name in 2017 to more directly reflect who raises the beef, where, and how. Mariposa Ranch sells a full range of beef cuts including steaks, roasts, ground beef, organ meats, and bones, as well as whole, half, and quarter cow options.
