Overview

Multi-generation farm growing sweet corn, cucumbers, cabbage, and greens, with a country market, cafe, and seasonal corn maze.

Long & Scott Farms has grown produce in Central Florida since 1963, when Frank Scott, Jr. founded the operation on 100 acres. Spanning 1,200 acres across five generations of the Scott family, the farm grows its trademarked Zellwood Sweet Corn, Kirby pickling cucumbers, cabbage, kale, and other crops. A country market and cafe sell farm-grown produce, jams, jellies, honey, sauces, and prepared foods like corn chowder and sandwiches. The farm also produces Great Scott Fresh Cuts, shredded cabbage and pickles sold to local restaurants and groceries. A sod division grows Zoysia, St. Augustine, and Bahia turf grasses for contractors and homeowners. The agritourism side, now branded as Great Scott Farms, hosts a seasonal fall festival with a seven-acre corn maze, jumping pillow, zip line, and super slide, plus field trips and group events.
