Family-owned ranch raising 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef in the Colorado foothills.
Living Water Ranch is a family-owned operation in Livermore, Colorado, raising cattle on the foothill mountain grasses of Northern Colorado. The Stahla family started the ranch with the goal of producing beef that is entirely grass-fed and grass-finished, with no grain supplementation at any stage. Beef is sold by the quarter, half, or whole, and is available in Fort Collins and Denver. The ranch was featured on the national TV show State Plate in 2017. The property is irrigated by water rights tied to the North Poudre River, supporting lush pastures and two hay cuttings per season. Living Water Ranch also raises lamb alongside beef. Living Water Ranch raises its cattle and lamb on open pastures, where animals are never confined and drink directly from the North Poudre River. All beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished with no grain supplementation of any kind. The ranch states that no hormones, steroids, or antibiotics are ever administered to its animals. The operation describes its farming approach as sustainable and regenerative. Meats are produced without added nitrates, nitrites, MSG, gluten, soy, wheat, or GMO feed.
