James Ranch is a beef cattle ranch in East Palatka, Florida. The ranch raises cattle on grass and finishes them on grain for 90 days in its own feedlots before a 21-day dry age and vacuum-packing. Beef is available in individual cuts, ground beef, and bulk portions including whole, half, quarter, and sixteenth-steer packages. Customers who buy a whole or half steer fill out a custom cut sheet so every cut is tailored to their preferences.
