Overview
Raw honey apiary with Florida-grown varietal honeys and health products
Honey Bee Yard is a natural and raw honey farm run by Florida state-certified beekeepers. The operation grew from a single backyard hive into a network of over 500 hives spread across the state. Its lineup of varietal honeys includes Florida-native sources such as White Mangrove, Palmetto, Orange Blossom, Gallberry, Brazilian Pepper, Melaleuca, Almond, and Wildflower. In addition to honey, the business offers a range of health products. Honey Bee Yard operates by appointment and participates in local farmers market events. Learn more on their About Page.
Honey Bee Yard produces raw honey, meaning it is not pasteurized after harvest. The team rotates hives to different locations across Florida so the bees forage from specific flowering sources, which shapes the color and flavor of each varietal. Florida-native and regional nectar sources include white mangrove (produced in the Florida Keys), palmetto, orange blossom from central Florida citrus groves, gallberry, and wildflower blends gathered year-round.
