Florida Grassfed Group

Florida Grassfed Group's cattle roam hundreds of thousands of acres of Florida ranchlands and are managed by cowboys on horseback using a stress-free, intensive grass rotation system. The animals forage on naturally occurring grasses and are never fed grain, corn, silage, or animal by-products at any point in their lives, making the beef both grass-fed and grass-finished. The cattle are given a GMO-free diet and are never administered routine antibiotics, added growth hormones, or artificial supplements of any kind. Any animal that requires antibiotic treatment is marked, separated from the herd, and excluded from the main supply. The grazing land is not over-fertilized with chemicals, and pesticide use is restricted. Florida Grassfed Group describes its approach as one of environmental stewardship, managing grasslands to support watersheds, native plants, and wildlife alongside the ranging cattle.
