Fry Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in Bethlehem, Georgia, growing fruits and vegetables for direct sale to the public. The Fry family has spent decades gardening and producing food, and every product offered is grown on the farm itself. Shoppers can purchase individual items including kale, peppers, squash, lettuces, microgreens, and oyster mushrooms, as well as eggs in several sizes. The farm also offers curated Harvest Boxes in small and large sizes for customers who want a seasonal selection. Fry Farm is inspected and certified under the Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) program. The farm never uses chemical fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, or GMO seed. All soil amendments come from natural and sustainable sources, and organic seed from trusted sources is used exclusively. Fry Farm practices dryland farming, relying primarily on rainwater for irrigation and using minimal supplemental well water. Synthetic and chemical pesticides are not used; when pest pressure arises, only natural and organic control methods are applied as a last resort. Beneficial predatory and pollinating insects are actively preserved as part of the farm's pest management approach. Most produce is harvested within 24 hours of reaching customers, hand-inspected, and packed in sterile containers. Oyster mushrooms are grown outdoors on wood harvested from the farm.
