The farm grows and sells fresh edible flowers, pressed flowers, and dried flowers, with varieties that include calendula, nasturtium, pansy, viola, corn flower, nigella, dahlia, and marigold. It also supplies fresh edible flowers to local restaurants and creates custom floral arrangements for weddings and events. A selection of plating tools is available alongside the flowers. All flowers are seed-grown using regenerative agriculture and no-till, no-spray methods. Every flower is hand-picked, washed, and carefully dried. Heirloom flower seeds are sourced from around the world and acclimated to the Niagara region through these growing practices.
