C&C Beef is a family-owned farm operating in the Bowie, Texas area as a division of Cross M Cattle, also doing business as Cross M Beef. The farm raises Angus cattle and sells beef in quarter, half, and whole portions, along with Berkshire pork in half and whole portions. All beef is 100% raised and finished in Texas. Cuts arrive vacuum-sealed, labeled, frozen, and boxed, with custom cut options available through a third-party processor. A ground beef box is also available. The farm raises grass-fed, grain-finished Angus cattle. No growth hormones or preservatives are used in the beef. The Berkshire pigs are grain-fed and sourced from Texas. No growth hormones or preservatives are used in the pork. Both C&C Beef and Cross M Beef hold GO TEXAN certification from the Texas Department of Agriculture.
