The Coldani family handles every step from tree to bottle, including growing the olives, processing them into oil, bottling, and packaging. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil, flavored olive oils, and balsamic vinegars. Its flavored olive oils are milled the same way as the premium extra virgin olive oil, then crushed together with fresh produce or herbs, with no additives or preservatives. Calivirgin's extra virgin olive oils have consistently earned medals in national competitions. A Club Calivirgin membership program offers three shipments per year, each with two full-size products, recipe cards, and food pairing ideas, along with complimentary olive oil tastings for members and guests.
