Brazos Valley Beef

Brazos Valley Beef is a Texas family-owned operation that raises pasture-raised, grain-finished cattle and sells beef directly to consumers, cutting out the middlemen of the conventional supply chain. The business launched in 2025 as an extension of a long-standing yearling cattle operation, after years of selling calves through conventional channels. Cattle roam on open Texas pastures, are grain-finished for consistent flavor, and are processed locally under USDA inspection. Brazos Valley Beef offers several purchase options, including ground beef boxes (10 lb and 25 lb), the Brazos Sampler, the Brazos Reserve (a 40 lb mixed-cuts box), and whole or half cow orders.
