Bob's Turkey Farm is a family-owned and operated turkey farm in Lancaster, Massachusetts, founded in 1954 by Robert Van Hoof. Now in its third and fourth generations, the farm is run by Bob's children and grandchildren, who handle everything from raising the flock to retail and kitchen operations. The farm produces fresh and frozen whole turkeys as well as an extensive line of prepared products, including roasted and stuffed turkeys, turkey pies, soups, sausages, meatballs, lasagna, BBQ pulled turkey, turkey bone broth, and more. Bob's Turkey Farm breeds, raises, and processes all of its turkeys on-site in Lancaster. The flock is a broad-breasted white turkey originating in Andover, MA. Turkeys are raised on a grain diet that contains no antibiotics or hormones; vitamins and supplements are used instead to support healthy growth. In addition to grain, the turkeys spend time outdoors, feeding off pasture and consuming what grows around them.
