Biver Farms is a family-owned, USDA Certified Organic and Real Organic Project Certified farm founded in 1997 by Keith Biver on 40-plus acres of land in Edwardsville, Illinois. The farm grows vegetables, fruits, herbs, and garden plants, including tomatoes, peppers, leafy greens, brassicas, root crops, and decorative and medicinal varieties. Everything sold is grown on the farm and never imported. Biver Farms sells at the Edwardsville and Tower Grove Farmers Markets on Saturday mornings during the growing season, as well as through select local retailers in the St. Louis metro area. Biver Farms holds both USDA Certified Organic and Real Organic Project certifications. The farm grows without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Production takes place across five greenhouses and more than 15 high tunnels, supporting consistent organic output across seasons. All plants and produce are grown on the farm's own land and are never imported.
