Benedikt Dairy

Benedikt Dairy is a small, 100% grass-fed Jersey and Jersey-cross cow dairy and vegetable farm founded in 2011. It produces raw milk, raw cream, yogurt, butter, ice cream, kefir, buttermilk, and beef, along with vegetables and flowers. The farm operates a year-round farm stand open to the public, stocking its own products alongside a selection of natural foods from other area farmers and producers. Customers can also join a year-round milk and cream CSA or a summer vegetable CSA. Benedikt Dairy sits on Shirley Hill at Shirley Farm, a property in continuous agricultural production for roughly 250 years and across nine generations of the Shirley family. The farm is run by Max and Melissa Benedikt, who met on a biodynamic farm in Germany before bringing their combined experience to New Hampshire. Learn more on their About Page.
