Bee-Haven Honey Farm, Inc. is a family-owned and operated apiary in Central Florida that produces and packages raw, unprocessed honey. Every variety goes from the hive to the jar with minimal handling. The farm produces several distinct Florida varietals, including Orange Blossom, Gallberry (also sold as wildflower), Florida Allergy Blend, Palmetto, Brazilian Pepper, and Tupelo. It also offers creamed honey and bee pollen granules. Sampler packs are available for those wanting to try multiple varieties. Bee-Haven Honey Farm keeps its honey unprocessed: no heating or filtering steps are added between the hive and the jar. Orange Blossom honey is produced by placing hives directly in Florida citrus groves along the state's central citrus ridge, giving the honey its characteristic citrus note. Gallberry honey comes from bees foraging on gallberry bushes and native wildflowers in and around the Osceola National Forest, producing a mild, light-colored result. The Florida Allergy Blend is drawn from hives exposed to a broad range of local Central Florida pollens. The farm operates a self-serve stand at its Lakeland location.
