Arbuckle Creek Farms

Arbuckle Creek Farms is a multigenerational heritage homestead in Avon Park, Florida, raising Jersey dairy cattle and operating a home-based, Florida cottage-law micro bakery. The bakery specializes in small-batch sourdough breads and naturally leavened treats, available for pre-order online with farm pickup, at local shops, and through farmers markets. The farm also hosts intimate farm-to-table dinners and specialty-night farmers markets. In addition to its food programs, it functions as a wedding venue, offering venue rental, all-inclusive micro-wedding packages, and planning services. Sourdough classes are offered periodically in the farm kitchen, taking students from starter to a finished loaf.
