Across the Creek Farm is a family farm in West Fork, Arkansas that raises chickens commercially on pasture for meat and eggs, alongside pasture-raised pork. The farm operates its own USDA-inspected poultry processing operation, hand-butchering and air-chilling birds on site. Customers can order online and choose between on-farm pick-up or delivery every other Saturday. Delivery reaches Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, and select surrounding areas, with free delivery available on qualifying orders.
Across the Creek Farm moves its birds to fresh pasture every day, giving them continuous access to grass and insects alongside locally milled, Non-GMO feed made from Arkansas grains. The farm raises its flocks without antibiotics or off-label drugs. Birds are processed at a USDA-inspected facility the farm built in partnership with B&R Processing in Winslow, where they are hand-butchered and air-chilled.
