Twisted T Farm is a family-run, organically certified farm and farm store located at 8181 County Line Road in Willis, Texas. The farm grows mineral-densified seasonal produce and raises heritage-breed pigs on pasture. In addition to its own crops and meats, the store carries eggs, honey, and goods from other local vendors. Co-owners Patrick and Rachel Turo operate the farm with a direct-to-consumer model, selling through the on-site store and at area farmers markets.
Twisted T Farm holds organic certification and describes its growing approach as chemical-free and mineral-densified. The farm raises heritage breeds of pigs that are pasture-raised, and offers turkeys that are raised without corn or soy. The farm uses organic, non-GMO seeds and avoids synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. Crop rotation and composting are part of its land-management approach.
