Sun Prairie Beef

Sun Prairie's cattle subsist entirely on grass, hay, and forage throughout their lives and are 100% free range. The herd receives no antibiotics or growth hormones. The ranch practices rotational grazing across its native prairie acreage to improve grass ecosystems, soil health, and forage density and diversity. Sun Prairie holds certification from the American Grassfed Association (AGA), which requires 100% grass-fed, free-range, and all-natural standards. Beef is processed exclusively at Atlas Meats, a USDA-certified facility in Fort Collins, on dedicated processing days to prevent contact with non-sourced cattle. All beef is dry-aged as hanging sides for a minimum of 14 days in a controlled, refrigerated environment.
