Store House Market & Eatery operates inside Bastrop's oldest building, a historic two-story structure dating to 1836. The restaurant is owned and led by Executive Chef Sonya Cote, a longtime advocate for locally sourced cooking, and Farm Manager David Barrow. Their five-acre Eden East Farm sits just a mile down Main Street and supplies much of the seasonal produce that shapes the menu. Lunch, brunch, and dinner menus rotate with what the farm and the season produce. The restaurant also hosts private events and a weekly happy hour, and seats guests in a front dining room, back room, bar, and covered patio.

The menu is built around ingredients sourced from Eden East Farm, a five-acre urban farm that grows over 40 varieties of hyper-seasonal and native produce annually. Beef comes from Bastrop-area pastures, seafood is sourced from the Gulf, and poultry comes from nearby Lockhart. Cheese, honey, and other ingredients are sourced from Bastrop County producers. Eden East Farm also operates a farm stand open Wednesdays and Saturdays, and offers guided farm tours focused on sustainable farming practices. Farm Manager David Barrow describes his approach as caring for the land responsibly to produce nutritious, locally grown food.
