Riverbend Cattle Company

Riverbend Cattle Company is a small, family-owned ranch on the shores of the Withlacoochee River, just outside Floral City, Florida. It was founded by Megan Bevers, who began raising beef to sell in the local Tampa Bay area in 2015; her husband Billy joined the operation after they married in 2021. The ranch sits on a Florida Pioneer Farm site that was farmed by a single family for more than 100 years before the Bevers took it over. Riverbend sells dry-aged beef, pasture-raised pork, beef tallow and suet, organs and bones, and related products. Cuts and bundles are available at the ranch, through a subscription box program, and as beef shares in sizes ranging from one-eighth to a whole steer. Learn more on their About Page.
