Nana's Mystic is an organic bakery and sourdough pizza shop on the water in Mystic, Connecticut. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu built around naturally leavened breads, pastries, and sourdough pizzas. A signature element of the kitchen is its partnership with sister company Moromi Shoyu: house-grown koji is worked into breads, pastries, and pizzas to add savory depth. The beverage program includes organic coffee by Canyon Coffee, a rotating menu of espresso drinks, housemade kombucha, local draft beers, and natural wines. Bread loaves are available for purchase directly and are supplied to sister locations and partner restaurants. Catering is also available.

Head baker and co-owner David Vacca trained at Noah's Restaurant in Stonington and brings a focus on scratch cooking and locally sourced ingredients from regional farmers and fishermen.
