Hoosier Bee Man

Hoosier Bee Man describes its approach as being 'as natural a honey producer as possible,' guided by the principle of following nature's lead. The honey is never heated above naturally occurring temperatures and contains no added sugars of any kind. Filtering is limited strictly to removing beeswax cappings, leaving the raw honey otherwise unaltered. Extraction and jarring take place in the beekeeper's own honey house. The operation also offers local crop pollination services, hive and swarm removal, hive sitting and assistance, honey bee education with on-site tours and guest speaking, and an Adopt-a-Hive program that sets up new beekeepers with a complete Langstroth hive.
