Gati is a vegan ice cream parlor, gluten-free bakery, and coffee shop that grew out of Thai Fresh, a neighboring restaurant run by owner and chef Jam. It started with a batch of leftover mangoes turned into coconut milk-based mango-lime ice cream — and expanded from there. The ice cream is made in small batches, with most flavors containing no more than four ingredients. The breakfast and lunch menu draws on Chef Jam's travels, with dishes spanning influences from Oaxaca to Thailand to Australia, and the entire food menu is 100% gluten-free.
