Everoak Farm is a 3-acre, family-run farm just outside Orlando, established in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Mike and Nikki Garcia. The farm grows a wide variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs through a food forest system that integrates trees, perennials, and annuals. A weekly CSA runs from October through June, offering members 6 to 7 items per share with options for farm pickup or home delivery. The farm stand is open to the public on Saturdays during the growing season. Add-on shares include pasture-raised chicken and eggs, and small-batch honey produced on-site from five hive colonies. Everoak Farm holds Certified Naturally Grown certification, meaning all produce is grown without synthetic chemicals under standards that promote soil health and biodiversity. The farm uses bio-intensive gardening techniques and regenerative agroforestry practices, building a diverse system of trees, perennials, and annuals grown together. Compost is processed on-site through a partnership with O-Town Compost to enrich garden beds. Broilers and laying hens are raised on pasture in mobile chicken tractors moved through the food forest, giving them access to fresh forage including grass, insects, and fallen fruit. The chickens are supplemented with non-GMO grain sourced from Kraut Creek. Honey is produced in small batches from five on-farm colonies, most of which arrived as natural swarms.
